Child Support Modifications

If you are the noncustodial parent and your circumstances have changed, the courts understand that situations will change during the lifetime of the parent. You have the option to seek a modification of the your original child support obligation if you can demonstrate a significant change in circumstances. A loss of a job, health problems resulting in high medical bills, or a decrease in salary all constitute a significant change in circumstances.

Contact McAngus Law if you have a question about whether or not you are entitled to a child support modification. We are here to help!
